​We accept cancellations within 2 days of purchase. Be sure to contact us if you have any problems with your order.

 

​Cancelling order prior to shipping:
If you need to cancel your order, we understand. If your order has not yet shipped, you may cancel your order. For any order that requires proofs, a minimal fee, depending on the number of proofs, will be deducted from the refund amount. For any orders over $300, we will refund 50% of the total order. The other 50% goes toward the cost of the materials used to make the order.
